We serve as a fiduciary to both our plans and to our plan participants. Not only do we select the appropriate fund line up for your plan that will best serve you and your employees, we also make ourselves available to your employees for their individual investment needs.

Once a plan is implemented, we continuously review its components. We will conduct annual plan reviews to evaluate the selected funds by using the most widely used benchmarking tools in our industry. We also analyze plan participation and effectiveness. All of this information is then used to adjust the plan as needed.
